Today’s world constantly looks for ways to develop clean, alternative types of energy. Hybrid car batteries have maximized on the clean energy market by utilizing the cleanest energy source, electricity. Electric cars have been in development for many years, however no one has been able to design an electric battery that can travel far distances without needing to be recharged. Hybrid technology solved this problem by combining traditional electric car technology with the use of a gasoline engine.

Since then there have been other hybrid models such as, the Chevy Silverado, the Dodge Ram pickup and the Ford Escape SUV.
